We make money by producing new insurance sales and retaining current clients. However, we will not sell insurance product on the merit of price alone. Become a part of our dynamic and professional sales team and receive all the training, tools, and resources you’ll need for success. In addition to training, leads, customer relationship management software, and a business development coach, we also provide a full customer service department so you can focus on sales. Period. And while our primary focus is on assisting those on Medicare with affordable and suitable products for retirement, you’ll be working with families of all age groups.
Training
Once you’ve obtained your Life and Health License, we offer an online interactive training program. This program is designed to teach you everything you need to know to get you started. You’ll also get ongoing training and support at our bi-weekly sales meetings. Top that off with manuals, guides, and self-paced training resources.
Business Development Coaching
It only gets better. Pinetree Retirement Planning provides an experienced business development coach who will work with you for up to two years supporting and guiding you in demolishing any obstacles that stand in your way as you climb to the pinnacle of success in our industry. Working with an experienced coach allows you to apply what you’ve learned and have peace of mind in knowing that you’re getting it right.

We provide free leads during your first 6 months and will assist you in generating affordable leads from a specific demographic, knowing the leads are compliant. We offer leads to our agents at very affordable pricing.
