This insurance plan is issued by private insurance companies and may be sold directly by the insurer or by an agent or agency. Either way, you pay the same price!
Insurers may offer any or all plans which are identified by a plan letter. Plan letters are standardize in benefits, which means the only differences in a plan identified by the same letter are price and the service.
